Ms. Root’s Remote Learning Page

Welcome, Navy and Sapphire families! This page will be your new best friend over the next six weeks. I will be posting information and details about your assignments. I will share videos to teach the math concepts and anything else that will come to mind. With all that is going on, I’d like to share some Bible verses that have comforted me:

  • “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
  • “The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life – of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1 (NIV)
  • “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1 (NIV)

What a great comfort God provides during times like these. He takes away our fears and anxieties and fills us with His strength, courage, and peace! Although we won’t be seeing each other for the next six weeks; please know that I am thinking of you, praying for you, and missing you so much! I’ll be available via email and ClassDojo if you need anything at all during this time.

Thank you!
